Great Day Yesterday!

I was out previewing homes for some clients and found a newer single level home in a non-HOA wth 2700SF for $230,000 (jut reduced $100,000) in east Mesa.  Then I went to Queen Creek and found 2 single-level homes with 1700SF for $80,000.  Most homes on the market these days are move-in ready!

Tax Credit Deadline

Deadline:

To qualify, first time and repeat buyers must have a binding written contract by April 30 and close by July 1, 2010.

How much:

The maximum allowable credit for first-time home buyers is $8,000.  The maximum for repeat buyers is $6,500.
